WHO MUST REPORT CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE

According to Pennsylvania law, anyone whose job or volunteer work puts them in contact with children must report any suspicion of child abuse by a parent, the parent’s paramour, a caretaker, or a household member more than 14 years old. In addition, school employees are required to report suspected physical or sexual abuse of a child by a school employee.
